WHY YOU’RE NOT BUILDING MUSCLES | Ghizayat

• Let’s start with the more obvious reason. NO Compound lifts in your training routine. Compound movements are KEY when it comes to building more muscle, reason is Compound movements use multiple muscles to do the 1 exercise. • f.ex: Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, etc. The goal here is to get stronger over time BUT by using the CORRECT lifting form🏆 • Not enough sleep. Now if you’re experienced with the training you know how important it is for your body to rest and recompensate from a workout. If you don’t.. well now you know why you’re not where you want to be in the fitness🤔 Get GOOD sleep. • Not enough calories. For your body to have enough energy to grow your muscles, you need to eat more calories than you burn per day. When you consume fewer calories than you burn, the body breaks down muscle as a source of energy.
